Mr. Barialay Omarzai is currently Executive Director of Afghan NGOs Coordination Bureau (ANCB). Before that, he has worked in different capacities relevant to civil society, including Director for Afghan Community Rehabilitation Unit (ACRU) and Chairman of Afghans Coordination against Corruption (AFCAC). Mr. Omarzai is also part of numerous civil society networks. He has participated in different conferences all around the world, representing Afghanistan civil society. Mr. Omarzai has B.Sc. in engineering from Kabul University and received his MBA from Preston University in Pakistan. He is serving as a board member of Afghanistan Institute for Civil Society (AICS).
